Sometimes life gets heavy—anxiety ramps up, depression makes everything feel harder, grief changes the shape of your days, or a life transition leaves you feeling unsteady. You might look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Vision Forward Counseling, I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and take steady steps toward relief and clarity. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen coping tools that actually fit your real life, and move forward with intention—one thoughtful step at a time.
My approach is person-centered and existential-humanist, which means our work is grounded in a warm, collaborative relationship—and focused on helping you reconnect with what matters to you, make meaning of your experiences, and move forward with intention. I’m also trauma-informed and culturally responsive, with an emphasis on safety, choice, and respect for your lived context. When it’s helpful, I incorporate practical, evidence-based tools to support coping, communication, and real-life change.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and health or lifestyle adjustments. Sessions are available in person and via telehealth.
